It’s no surprise that the Puget Sound is experiencing a HOT Seller’s Market right now. Thanks to a strong job market and interest rates still hovering near historic lows (for now), home buyers are out in force and willing to pay a premium to move into the home of their dreams.

In March, Puget Sound homebuyers paid an average of 1.3% over list price. That’s .1% higher than they paid in February and a 12-year high for the region, meaning the average home seller walked away with an extra $500 in their pockets.
