Marcus Loera-Sanchez has lived in Washington State all his life and currently resides in the Tacoma area. When he’s not immersed in real estate training or working with his clients, Marcus enjoys spending time with his family and trading stocks while sipping a good cup of coffee along the gorgeous Tacoma waterfront.
While real estate is a new venture for Marcus; sales, business, and customer service have always come naturally to him. At just 9 years old, when he would vacation with his family on the beaches of Mexico, Marcus was closing his very first business deals by selling lollipops to tourists. In high school, Marcus excelled in the sport of wrestling, and after years of hard work and dedication, he received a full-ride athletic scholarship to South Western Community College. While attending SWCC, Marcus learned to speak the language of business and earned an Associates Degree in Business. Marcus continued his education at the University of Washington where he studied business and economics, and later enrolled in the Institute of Technology to master a variety of computer programming languages.
Marcus is enthusiastic about starting this new career in the bustling Puget Sound real estate market. His dedication to continuous learning, business, sales, and customer service will surely help to create an excellent experience for his current and future clients on The Goelzer Home Team.
