At an awards gala in January, The Goelzer Home Team was honored with the Keller Williams Platinum Award for outstanding performance in 2018. This honor is awarded to Keller Williams agents who are among the top-producing in the company, and The Goelzer Home Team is thrilled to have received this covetted award for the first time (but not last!) since joining Keller Williams Realty Puget Sound.
In addition, Chad and Teresa Goelzer together have taken home all five of the Best of HomeLight Awards for 2018. HomeLight analyzes verified housing market data from across the county to identify top performing real estate agents in 5 unique categories. Winners are announced in January, and this year our very own Chad and Teresa Goelzer swept the awards in all 5 categories, including:
