Homes around the Puget Sound saw a 0.8% sales price increase in February. Despite the increase, homes flew off the market at a record pace last month with the average home being on the market for only 10 days, a new 5-year low. Homes throughout the Puget Sound continued to sell for a premium, averaging a final sale price of 1.2% over list price.
